Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American screen and stage actress who is best well-known for her films in Ray Undercover Brother and on the tv show The Mentalist. She graduated with the B.A. from African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting at Tisch School at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. Ellis, is an American producer and actress who has performed in theatre and television as well, is present on both sides of the screen. She began her career as an actor in theater before going on to appear in many television series, mainstream and independent films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. After that, she was able to make an appearance on BET's epic television series The Book of Negroes. She made her professional debut in the role of Ariel on the stage in The Tempest in 1995. Alongside the Broadway production Come and Gone, she also has credits for Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. In terms of her career in movies, her best-known roles include Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express The Help. Also, she is well-known for her part in ABC's crime show High Incident.
